House of Bayard Living History

The House of Bayard represent a 15th Century French household on loan from the King of France to the Lancastrian cause (Henry Tudor) during the Wars of the Roses and will be portraying a medieval military camp for the weekend.

They have built up a good reputation over the years for their Living History camp and have won many competitions for it. Their medieval camp (complete with their own period bread oven) includes archers, men at arms and, being from the Continent, guns of course.

Prepare for some loud bangs!

£2 Entry, under 3s Free. You can pick up tickets on the day from our shop.

If you are purchasing tickets for our exhibition for this weekend, you will be able to purchase a ticket for this event with your booking.  When admission tickets are made available you will be able to purchase them here.
