There is a visitor centre on site to assist visitors.
The parking charge is £2.50. Coach parking is complimentary when pre-booked as part of an educational or group visit.
Parking is available for disabled visitors. The parking charge is £2.50.
The Tithe Barn Café is licensed and offers an extensive daily menu of hearty meals and light lunches, using predominantly locally produced ingredients. Food may be served inside the historic barn or outside on the patio.
The gift shop at Bosworth sells a wide range of gifts and souvenirs suitable for all ages, from pocket money items to bespoke merchandise. It is accessible via a platform lift at the end of the exhibition or via a ramp from the external courtyard. A pre-order service is also available during office hours by calling 01455 290429.
Baby changing facilities are available on site. These can be found in the Family/Access toilet in the courtyard and in the toilets adjacent to the Tithe Barn Café.
There are toilet facilities located at the Heritage Centre and Shenton Station.
There are accessible toilet facilities available for people with disabilities at the Heritage Centre and Shenton Station.
There is ground floor access around the exterior of the Heritage Centre. The majority of the Exhibition Gallery has ground floor access. The exception is at the end of the main gallery where a platform lift is available and exits through the shop and down a low gradient ramp. Access around the Battlefield Trail and the Country Park may be difficult for some people. There is one mobility scooter and two wheelchairs that can be used for free by visitors. Pre-booking during office hours on 01455 290429 is highly recommended.
Assisted wheelchair users are welcome in the museum.
There are low counters in the gift shop and the ticket office.
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome on the site and there are tethers and water bowls provided. Please note: only assistance dogs are permitted in the Ambion Arena, the Exhibition and shop.
Induction Loops are available for the exhibition areas.
