Over the last 50 years, exploration of the fields of Leicestershire and Rutland have transformed what we know about the area’s archaeology.
A special exhibition at Harborough Museum and satellite displays around the county delve into the discoveries and people that helped put Leicestershire at the forefront of community archaeology in Britain.
The display at Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre features archaeological objects found in the Hinckley and Bosworth District. There is also a chance to revisit the In Search of Leicestershire exhibition banners.
This free exhibition is located in the temporary exhibition space accessed through our shop and will be running until October.
