The Power and Effectiveness of the Warbow

Join world record holding longbow archer Mark Stretton in The Heritage Room at Bosworth Battlefield as he explores the power and effectiveness of the medieval warbow and the arrows available at the time.
Mark has undertaken several tests using first class replica medieval arrows against a range of different armours.
Discover the results of these tests and how safe a fully-armoured knight really was against the medieval archer.
